The picture on the case is top quality love it but it doesn’t fit the phone properly so disappointed with it

I liked the prints, but they were not in the size I ordered I might have given the wrong size or assumed something. otherwise I liked the service.

My prints arrived at the earlier end of the time projected and were of great quality.

Easy to use website, good prices and swift delivery. A good, all-round service. Thank you, Boots.

After a long wait and having had confirmation of the new delivery address, the pictures were delivered to Jersey instead of Corby.Still awaiting response to my email about the pictures being delivered to the wrong address.Sorry Boots but service unacceptable from a company as big and powerful as yours.Kindest regards

Really good print quality. I've docked one star because of the website, which is not as easy to use as it used to be (particularly when you want to add photos to your 'basket' over a few sessions). What has happened to 'Projects'.

ordered 6x4 got all different sizes. it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. no updates

Amazing quality! Just took quite a while to arrive but I would definitely order again. Thanks

I’ve ordered photos twice now and they’re never the size requested, they’re actually always random sizes.

The process in ordering the photo puzzle was easy and straight forward and delivery of the puzzle was quick. The downsidr when whe puzzle arrived we noticed on the front of the box that the photo had a white edge along the top and down one side of the picture we thought that maybe this was just how the picture was on the box as we zoomed the picture in on the app to make sure it was the correct size for the puzzle. My MIL recently opened the puzzle as it was a christmas present and it would seem that the puzzle does in deed have a white boarder along the top and down one side. We are very disappointed as we we were hoping to get the puzzle framed once it is complete. Why give you the option to zoom In and make your photo fit if it then gets changed before printing. The photo that we selected and agreed to did not show the white boarder.

Appalling service - I do not recommend this to anyone, you would get better service from a local photo printing point.I ordered seven photos in A4 format. All the photos were professionally taken. Their site worked fine, and I received an e-mail confirmation of my order (I chose in-store delivery). They were printed after 3 days, and shipped earlier than I expected. And this is where all the mess starts. Once you submit your photos to the Boots website, there is no way you can check again what you uploaded (unless you create a Cewe account before placing the order - noone warns you that this is the case at any step in the process). Let's say this is a minor fault.I've received an e-mail that said my order will be shipped using Royal Mail 24 UNTRACKED. None of the businesses I ordered from before used untracked - this is the first one that tries to cut costs in this way. They told me they'd email me when my order arrives in store - which they have not. I had to go and check myself, my order had been waiting in store for 3 days, while I have yet to receive any e-mail from them.So far so good. These are minor step backs. I opened the envelope and the quality of the photos was shocking. All the photos with bright backgrounds had marks and streaks on them. One of them was particularly bad, the white background had a pink-ish stain in the shape of a duck. On top of this all, I ordered A4 photos. They didn't bother cutting the photos so they sent me the wrong size - all the other services I've used before cut the photos to the size specified in the order. Not this one. This renders all the photos completely useless as they don't fit my frames. Waste of time and money.

The canvas frame is thin (compared to another bought a couple of years ago from Boots)
